Vineyard - Goona Warra (aim to follow organic practices, but occasionally conventional).

Winemaking - harvested 13th March, pressed as whole bunches that day and fermented over 3 weeks in a mix of oak and tank. Matured for 6 months mostly in older neutral French oak, with a small amount of new French oak (20%). Wild yeast fermented, unfiltered, unfined. No adds apart from minimal sulphur.
