Electric by name and nature. Fresh green apple, ginger, white pineapple, and flint. Light and delicate, with tight acidity driving the core of apple and stonefruit, some underlying nutty elements and oak trailing out the finish.

'Electric Lines' 2021 Yarra Valley Chardonnay is available to buy in increments of 12
Upper Yarra Valley Chardonnay (I10V5) from the excellent Bulong Vineyard (Yarra Junction), a gentle south facing slope grown on grey clay loam soils. Harvested in late February, fruit was gently pressed to tank to settle. Following a light racking, juice is naturally fermented in neutral French barriques. Rested on fine lees for 9 months with bâtonnage. MLF in some barrels. No additions beyond sulfur.
