Biere de Lune - Shiraz Wild Amber Ale
A collaboration with Alex Hamilton. After pressing was complete, skins from the 2021 Sang de Lune Grampians Shiraz were transported to Killer Sprocket brewery where Alex prepared the wort over 8 hours using a bespoke mix of grains and malts, then poured it over the skins to inoculate the ferment.
The beer was transported to the Cottles Bridge vineyard, fermented to dry, racked once then hand bottled.
Bottle conditioned, no additions.
