Textural Riverland Grenache Blanc and Marsanne, direct pressed. Medium length and very easygoing.
Honeysuckle, apricot and preserved lemon on toast. Left on lees for a couple of months before bottling.
Unfiltered, minimal sulphur.

The fruit decides the wine, and we respect that.
Each year nature sends us a new challenge in the form of precious and particular grapes. The fruit received is cared for and transformed into something that can be shared and enjoyed with friends and family.
