2022 Pink Drink
A very pretty light red/rose that displays raspberry frogs, stone fruit, has bright acid and a nice and chewy finish. Total party wine, designed for rooftops, parks and hot afternoons with spicy Thai food. Totally chillable.
The Pink Drink is the first release of 22 and is a Shiraz wine from Humis Vineyard in Heathcote. The grapes were picked at 12.6Be and fully destemmed at picking. The wine underwent a wild ferment in a 1000ltr "Plastiques" container, which took around 9 months.
No sulphur. Not filtered or fined. Vegan.
