Fleshy yellow stone fruits with touches of gooseberry and a pure ozone character that freshens it up nicely. Perfect balance between lush and zesty fruit, somewhat of an all things to all people kind of vibe. This theme is continued in the mouth, plush stone fruits and light touches of pineapple are balanced by some sour lemon pith. Broad and fruit forward, delicious.

From mature Upper Yarra Vineyards - Bulong Estate and Willowlake Vineyard. Gently pressed and settled before naturally fermenting in a combination of tank and seasoned French oak barrels. Rested on fine lees for six months.

Pear, nectarine, oatmeal, cookie dough scents and flavours. Slippery texture with a good deal of creaminess to finish, lots of cinnamon spice, green melon in the mix of stone fruit and pear again. Refreshing but textural expression here. It’s got some mojo”
