Notes: Grapefruit pith, nuttiness, light brioche, apple core. Vibrant and Juicy with loads of Grip and Length. Get your hands on this amazing take on a botrytis wine!

How was it made: Picked with 30% botrytis and left to soak. Spontaneously fermented in small format oak, battonage on half of the stock. bottled with around 8g/L residual sugar

Minimal sulphur used Maximal Goodness put in!
