Grapes are affected by noble rot, which concentrates the sugar and acidity in the fruit and gives the wine a distinct flavour profile. This wine is perfect for adventurous drinkers looking to try something new. But that's not all. The second offering in the 2022 vintage is a full-bodied minimal intervention Sauvignon Blanc. This wine boasts a creamy and brioche-driven fruit salad flavour, reminiscent of a top-notch Semillon. Casper keeps intervention to a minimum during winemaking, allowing the natural flavours of the grapes to shine through. This wine will impress even the most discerning palates. Casper is all about using low-sulphur and small-format oak barrels to let the wine's terroir and grape variety shine.
