An approachable skin-contact white that could be enjoyed by zoomers in the park, millennials at a dinner party and tipsy boomers at a family affair. Apricot, orange peel, wet stone, white flowers. Delicate and floral with super fine tannins. Fun but also good.

Marsanne from Ricca Terra, Riverland SA. Owned and managed by Ashley Radcliffe, the vineyard is accredited with the Sustainable Winegrowing Certification. The soil is compro- mised of well-draining sandy loam over limestone. Fermented on skins for 21 days. Full malolactic fermentation and plenty of lees work. Unfined and unfiltered. Nominal sulfur at bottling.

Chardonnay from Bryne Vineyard, Riverland SA. The vineyard was established in the 1970s and the owners have committed to the Freshcare Australian Wine Industry Standard of Sustainable Practice. They do heaps of cool stuff with the wetlands on their property, like preserving endangered species by creating breeding sites for them and pushing back against non-native flora and fauna. Stainless steel ferment, aged in neutral french oak. Partial malolactic fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. Nominal sulfur at bottling.
