Classic dry style, barrel fermented Rosé made from Shiraz grapes grown in the Hilltops Region of NSW. Look for a pale pink hue, light savoury nose, an earthy palate with red currants and a long, dry finish.
Enjoy with Thai cuisine, spicy food, salads and seafood. Drink within the next 12 months.

Although based in the Hunter, we love expressing the individual characteristics of different locations. We source quality grapes from many stunning wine-growing regions in Australia to create wines that reflect the vineyard from which they came. All of our wines are handmade in small batches, ensuring that we maintain a high level of control throughout the winemaking process.
In 2021, we have for the 3rd year in a row, been selected as a finalist in the Young Gun of Wine awards and after taking out the "Danger Zone" award for creative winemaking in 2019 we are again humbled to be recognised as a producer pushing the winemaking boundaries not in the Hunter Valley but also Australian wine.
