Vineyard - Chalmers Heathcote. A low-yielding year - the bunches were like little pine cones. Smell berries but all clean and neat as a pin, with great flavour.
Winemaking - Direct pressed to tank for fermentation, then racked to old French oak for 9 months of maturation.
Wild yeast fermented, unfiltered and unfined. No adds apart from sulphur.
Vegan friendly.
