• 6 and a half months elevage in old oak barrels
• Picked 26 March. Pressed 15 April. Bottled 2 November
Our new Shiraz. Light and easily drinkable as always but with texture and complexity to keep you all interested. Fruity nose/savoury palate sort of setup. Cherry tart, red sour berry, crunchy tannins.
