A BUTCHER BY TRADE AND OVER 20 YEARS IN THE INDUSTRY WORKING BOTH IN AUSTRALIA AND ABROAD, ALWAYS AT THE HIGHER END OF THE MARKET HAS EXPOSED ME TO A HIGH CALIBER OF PRODUCE, RICH & DIVERSE CULTURES AND SOME AMAZING PEOPLE. FOR THIS I'M VERY THANKFUL & GRATEFUL FOR.
